Gibsons Restaurant Group focuses on providing our customers as close to an ala carte experience as possible in a private setting. We are able to offer a choice of entree on site as opposed to a pre-order and of course steaks are cooked to your desired temperature. Our private dining sales team is focused on concierge level service to ensure your event is as seamless as possible to plan from beginning to end.

How did you handle the pandemic? Did your business model change?

Gibsons Restaurant Group doubled down on taking care of our customers! We are so lucky to have such a loyal following of customers during the pandemic; we took care of them and they in turn took care of us. We were able to quickly pivot to drive by bridal showers, in home deliveries, and when events were allowed again on a smaller scale, we became the micro wedding destination for many couples throughout Chicagoland.

Excellence in taking care of our customers. We want to make sure each event leaves excited to plan their next event with us.

How far in advance should couples book your business?

The earlier the better, but we recommend 6 months to a year.
