Wine aficionados and connoisseurs gathered at Benny’s Chop House to “Sip with the Somms”. The evening honored renowned Wine Director of Benny’s Chop House, Ervin Sandoval, featured on CS’ 2019 Luxe List in the January issue. The evening also featured exclusive wine tastings from distinguished sommeliers Brian Rappeport, Larry Stone, Chris Ganardini, Todd Hess, Robert Houde and Serafin Alvarado. Guests sampled over 14 menu options including petite crab cakes, truffle profiteroles, crispy spring rolls, cauliflower ravioli with caviar, Ahi Tuna Poke Spoons and Maple-Glazed Bacon.
