Taste Of Nobu Chicago Celebrates 30 Years Of Culinary Excellence

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the first Nobu in Tribeca, New York, guests gathered at Nobu Restaurant in the Nobu Hotel Chicago for an exclusive Taste of Nobu Chicago event. Guests savored signature dishes such as rock shrimp tempura, crispy rice with spicy tuna and yellowtail jalepeño.
An exclusive crowd of more than 200 attended the celebratory soirée, hosted by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and fellow Nobu founder Meir Teper. Both spent the first hour personally greeting each guest and taking photos.
Between the canapes, specialty dishes and an assortment of sushi rolls, guests had the opportunity to taste Nobu’s signature tequila, the Nobu Rare Blend by Qui Tequila.

Cucumber sunomono was elegantly plated for guests to enjoy.
Bartenders shook up martinis and more throughout the affair.
