The Imbibe Option flight at Daisies

From seed to table, the team at Logan Square’s Daisies uses practically everything you can get flavor out of when crafting new cocktails and dishes. Case in point: a newly introduced cocktail flight featuring various produce, like radishes, beets and carrots. The low-waste flight, dubbed the Imbibe Option ($20), includes mini versions of four cocktails: Beet Old-Fashioned, Night Vision, Physician’s Friend and Pretty Rad. “We are constantly thinking of ways to repurpose ingredients in a creative and tasty manner,” says General Manager Keith Whitten. From the freshly squeezed orange juice in Night Vision to the herb scraps in Physician’s Friend, the ingredients used in these carefully crafted cocktails are nothing short of fresh. 2523 N. Milwaukee Ave., 773.661.1671
