“The South Loop is my home, and I absolutely love being here. The community welcomed my family with open arms, and we’ve made incredible friendships. There is so much to offer for families, from public parks and museums to great food and live music.”
GO-TO SPOT
“AO Hawaiian Hideout(1315 S. Wabash Ave.). The food is amazing, and the owners and staff are the absolute best. I bring every guest who visits us to this restaurant, and I have also hosted our annual staff holiday celebrations there. We are there just about once every week. Also, their Star Wars-themed tiki cups make adorable gifts.”
LOOKING FORWARD TO MOST
“Kicking off our groundbreaking film concert series partnership with the Auditorium Theatre(50 W. Ida B. Wells Drive) in February with the U.S. Premiere of Blade Runner in Concert. In addition, I can’t wait for our summer activities at Ravinia Festival(200 Ravinia Park Road, Highland Park) and our two upcoming sold-out productions at the Harris Theater(205 E. Randolph St.), all leading to our 35th anniversary celebration in the fall of 2024.”
CURRENT OBSESSION
“I’ve always been a fan of Sleeping At Last, but now that we are collaborating with him for a performance in October, we’ve been listening to his music nonstop.”
