Destination eatery Café Boulud from touted French toque Daniel Boulud serves traditional bon-appetite cuisine in the warmth of a classy neighborhood café translated to a chic Bahamian setting. Drawing on his culinary muses—La Tradition, La Saison, La Mer, and Le Voyage—Boulud’s menu highlights seasonal local Caribbean ingredients translated through his flawless palate. Think Hamachi Crudo with fennel, blood orange and Fresno pepper, and Poulet Rôti with asparagus, morels, and polenta madeira sauce.


For meat aficionados, contemporary steakhouse Carna by legendary butcher Dario Cecchini carves its own niche with the finest in steaks and high-quality all-natural ingredients sourced from the world’s foremost locales.
