The annual Jewish United Fund Young Leadership Division threw WYLD in Paris to honor Double Chai in the Chi, a cleverly named 36-under-36 list (the Hebrew word “chai” represents the number 18). Over 500 young and notable partygoers filled Studio Paris to show their support for the young Jewish individuals across Chicago and their achievements. This year’s list, to name a few, recognizes a chemist researching a cure for Hepatitis C and a young woman with cerebral palsy who started a playgroup for kids with physical disabilities. –Robert F.
