The Party: Tabula Tua, Chicago’s premier tabletop store, hosted an afternoon tea for brides and tasteful entertainers. The Players: Wedding vendors—including pastry specialists Bittersweet, event designer Marina Birch, Jet Set Travel, photographer Jeremy Bustos, invitation guru Sarah Drake and floral design company Blumen—were on hand to explore event concepts and provide registry consultations. The Highlight: The Park Hyatt’s NoMI restaurant introduced a new service: the exclusive NoMI “T” featuring sweets and pastries, perfect for an afternoon tea for two or a dessert station.
