THE PARTY Children’s Oncology Services, Inc. (COSI) hosted the sixth annual Toque at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. THE PLAYERS Named after chefs' tall, pleated, white hats, the event featured a seated, multi-course degustation menu of signature dishes prepared by some of the city's best chefs, including Randy Zweiban, Stephanie Izard, Mark Steuer and Michael Kornick, who served as executive chef. THE BOTTOM LINE Toque raised $295,000 for COSI’s One Step at a Time programming, such as summer camp. Former camper Hannah Cassiday touched the crowd of 245 with her experience.
