The Union League Boys & Girls Clubs celebrated its 45th annual benefit, Creating Chances in the Second City Gala, at the Union League Club of Chicago. The black-tie event and afterparty honored the organization’s centurylong history of serving youth from neighborhoods with the highest hardship index in Chicago.
Catherine Bernardi and Nancy Ross co-chaired the soiree, which was attended by about 100 guests.
In the end, the gala garnered over $560,000 to benefit after-school youth programming.
