Love is in the air and Valentine's Day right around the corner, but you're still searching for the right place to take your sweetheart. Worry no more, because Chicago's finest chefs and craftiest curators have put together some truly romantic dinner specials that are sure to impress.
From vegan take-home offerings to four-course meals, classic American favorites and international flavors, these 10 Chicago restaurants are doing Valentine's Day to the nines. All you have to do is dress up nice and make a reservation early.

The Goddess and Grocer Valentine’s Day 2022

If you’re interested in picking up a delicious dinner to create at home, the Goddess and Grocer boasts a Dinner for Two special available for pick-up. For $125, you have your choice of braised short ribs, scalloped potatoes, dinner rolls, chocolate truffles and more. For those of you who don’t eat meat, the Goddess and Grocer offers a Vegan Dinner for Two for $105, with beet wellington, apple cider roasted brussel sprouts, sticky toffee pudding and more. You can also add chocolate covered strawberries, cake pops, a “love potion” cocktail, and other sweet treats. Claudia

From Friday to Monday, Feb. 11 to 14, Claudia invites you to enjoy a romantic evening filled with tasty food and delicious wine for $295 per person. Chef Trevor Teich has created a marvelous seven-course tasting menu for you and your sweetheart, featuring some of Claudia’s delicious golden osetra and wagyu beef. For couples who love seafood, plan your Valentine’s Day dinner at Azul Mariscos. Priced at $75 per person, this restaurant’s special prix-fixe menu is available Friday to Monday, Feb. 11 to 14. The menu includes a three-course meal of five dishes and one cocktail. Choose items from the menu such as the salmon a la parrilla, chorizo and seafood paella, or the lobster ravioli. Spend your Valentine’s Day at Cebu and dine on some of the best modern Filipino cuisine in Chicago. For Friday and Saturday only, Feb. 11 and 12) bring your honey to Cebu and enjoy Chef Malvin Tan’s three-course menu. The menu is $65 per person and includes delicious meals that blend Southeast Asian and American flavors, such as the tuna ceviche and the wagyu beef topped with Asian aioli and gruyere cheese. Located in the heart of Logan Square, the Duplex invites you and your partner to enjoy a delicious cocktail, specially made for the holiday and filled with love. The “Sweetest Taboo” is a limited-edition drink prepared just in time for Valentine’s Day. The cocktail is made with plantation pineapple, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, caramel Irish cream, espresso, vanilla syrup and chocolate ganache. Starting at $85 per person, this menu includes four courses as well as a dessert, it’s available Friday to Monday, Feb. 11 to 14. Share entrees such as the burrata, grilled octopus, gnocchi and more. Sommelier-select wine pairings can be added with every course for $40, as well as freshly shaved black truffles for $25. Guests are also offered the holiday champagne menu by the glass or bottle, and in a flight.

Celebrate Cupid’s holiday overlooking the Chicago river with your sweetheart at Prime and Provisions. This steakhouse will feature a specialty four-course meal from Friday to Monday, Feb. 11 to 14. Starting at $99 per person, delicious offerings include fresh oysters, surf and turf, and champagne raspberry cheesecake. Guests are welcome to include a sommelier-selected wine pairing for every course for an additional $45, or sip on a special holiday cocktail for $16.

Top Chef Fabio Viviana yet again invites you and your loved one to partake in a four-course tasting menu with a little bit of everything. Enjoy crispy polenta, grilled octopus, tagliatelle and so much more. Feel free to add freshly shaved black truffles to any course for $25. The four-course menu also includes a dessert and specialty drink menu featuring a white chocolate raspberry martini for $16, roses old fashion for $16, and combier bubbles for $14. This menu is only available from Friday to Monday, Feb. 11 through 14.
