With a job that requires constantly tasting new items, creating recipes for social media and developing demo plans in-store, Amanda Puck says she has to keep her food intake in check “when I actually have meals.” But that’s not a problem for this “Flywheel-obsessed” beauty. Eating fresh produce and lean proteins helps her stay in shape, plus she attends spinning classes three to five times a week. “It’s fun, and I get a total-body workout with very high-intensity cardio.” And afterward? “I feel like Taylor Swift in the ‘Shake it Off’ video.”
“Instructor Candy Morales at Flywheel will kick your butt!” says Puck. “If I can do that, I can do anything.”
She checks her steps on her iPhone’s health app daily. “I like to get to 10,000 at least.”
She refuels with the green mango smoothie at the Mariano’s Squeez’d juice and smoothie bars. Packed with spinach and ginger, it’s a metabolic kick-start.
“As an Italian, I grew up eating cheese and salami.” She indulges with Nduja Artisans spreadable Calabrian salami.
