The James Beard Foundation Greens and CS magazine hosted a dinner for members in the Atrium of Chicago favorite Maple & Ash, featuring wines curated by Mavens & Aficionados, the restaurant’s bespoke wine club. Greens enjoyed a reception followed by a four-course dinner by chef/partner Danny Grant, paired with wines hand-selected by Maple & Ash and Mavens & Aficionados head sommelier Dan Pilkey, to showcase up-and-coming winemakers that are under 40 years old.
